Terms & Conditions

No order will be processed without full payment being made. Products purchased are availabe for refunds within 7 days. The customer is responsible for the transport of the product should the product require a courier to reach our offices. In the event of a local area we are willing to collect the product from you. 

All our collagen gets tested after each batch to ensure that the product is safe and pure of any impurities. A lab result may be requested. 

Consuming too much collagen can lead to nausea and discomfort. If the customer has a high calcium level it is recommended to seek advice from a GP before consuming the product as our product has traces of calcium.
